Specifically, account and contact data is retained for the life of your account; WhatsApp message content and delivery metadata are retained for up to 24 months for analytics and compliance, after which they are deleted or anonymised. When you delete your account, or disconnect your WhatsApp Business account, we delete or de-identify the associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6a. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Data

ProDigiChat integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account, we access and process the following data solely to provide the service:

  • WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number IDs, display names, and quality ratings
  • Message templates and their approval status
  • Inbound and outbound message content and delivery status (sent, delivered, read, failed) needed to operate conversations and reporting
  • Access tokens, which are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never exposed to the browser

We use this data exclusively to deliver the features you request and never sell it. Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, including all applicable use, transfer, and storage limitations.
